Good machine, slow shipping

I ordered the xBloom Studio last month. The machine itself is pretty good, makes a consistent cup. I had a slight issue with a stuck pod initially but support helped me out. Shipping took 8 days to reach me in Arizona though, which felt a bit long for a machine in this price range. Overall, I'm happy with the coffee but the delivery time could be better.

Smooth process, quality product

You can totally use your own beans! They have these reusable filter pods you just fill up with your own coffee. It's awesome.

Yeah, that's one of the best parts. Just make sure to get the reusable pods. Then you can grind your own or use their grinder feature.

I think it's usually just for like, your first coffee bean order or maybe small accessories. Machines are usually excluded from those kinds of deals.

I looked at Spinn, but xBloom seemed more focused on pour-over, which was what I wanted. Spinn felt more like espresso-ish. Hard to compare directly though.

My buddy has a Terra Kaffe and it's good, but the xBloom felt more like a true specialty coffee experience, especially with the grind on demand. TK is great for convenience, but xBloom feels more 'craft' if that makes sense.
